It is a complete package with all the pulleys, locks and ropes needed to build the pulley system. It is sold with a rotating glass lock and rollers. The pulley consisting of 4 mm Dyneema and 3 mm Dyneema threads offers the best feel and reduces friction. It is easily mounted on existing booms and lower poles.
